Full Moon Sharing Circle: September

Join me under the energy of the full moon for an evening of calm connection, gentle movement, and meaningful reflection. Each month, we’ll explore the theme the moon brings — breathing into it, talking it through, and tuning in to what’s ready to be released to make space for what’s next.

There’s no prep or prior knowledge needed. Just bring yourself, a curious heart, and maybe a notebook for any reflections, plus a yoga mat would be helpful too.

We’ll start with a short, grounding yoga practice (with a cuppa in hand if you’d like), followed by open conversation, supportive insights, and a calming closing ritual — including a gentle oracle card pull to guide you into the days ahead.
