Gentle, inclusive yoga to help you soften, ground, and reconnect.
Whether you're managing stress, change, or just seeking space to breathe, this is a practice that meets you where you are.
How Yoga Found Me
I’ll forever be grateful to the GP who suggested I try yoga to strengthen my back after an injury when I was 30.
I didn’t train to teach - just to deepen my practice. But when I heard that yoga could help me become “solid on the inside, soft on the outside,” I knew it was a full-body yes.
It didn’t disappoint.
For me, yoga is an open invitation to come as you are and meet yourself there. It’s not about chasing a perfect pose — it’s about reconnecting to what your body and heart need.
That’s the space I aim to hold for you.
A practice that meets you where you are
These sessions are open to all women — no matter your shape, stage, or story. They may resonate especially if you are:
✔ Feeling overwhelmed or burnt out
✔ Spending a lot of time giving to others and want to reclaim space for yourself
✔ Navigating life without children and want a rhythm that honours you
✔ Wanting a calm, welcoming approach to yoga (no jargon, no judgment)
Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, you are warmly welcome.
Ways to Practice
SHINE YOGA OFFERING
In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, these classes offer a gentle invitation inward. You’ll be guided through grounding movement, calming breathwork, and restorative stillness to help regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and release both physical and emotional tension. The focus is on building energy in a way that feels sustainable and supportive - not depleting or demanding.
It’s not about doing more. It’s about feeling more connected to what’s already within you.

Emma's classes are the first time in my week where I feel fully present and at peace. Her voice is calm, her approach is kind, and I always leave feeling more like myself."
Sarah
I've never felt 'good' at yoga, but Emma makes it about connection, not perfection. I feel safe in her classes - like I can just show up and be real.
Rachel
The combination of breathwork and gentle movement has helped me manage stress more than I imagined. Emma has a way of making everyone feel welcome and seen.
