Winter Retreat

As the year reaches its darkest point, come and pause.

Join me for a cosy afternoon of gentle yoga, reflection, seasonal nourishment and deep rest — a chance to step away from the busyness of December and create some space for yourself.

We'll move slowly through a grounding Winter Solstice yoga practice, taking time to notice what this season invites us to release, rest and make space for.

Then we'll ease into a little Winter Warm Down, using Tropic's gorgeous seasonal products to create a simple, sensory ritual for warming, nourishing and caring for ourselves. And because it's December, there'll be a little festive indulgence too, with Tropic's Lip Patisserie collection to explore.

We'll finish with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, allowing you to simply be still for a while — no lists, no plans, nothing to achieve.

And of course, there'll be something warm to drink and a seasonal treat…
